This series is currently in development and will be published as a book. It coincides with the centenary of Stadspark (City Park) Groningen.

I make drawings of fungi that I see in the park. I draw with the seasons, with great love and dedication, and show how magically beautiful and biodiverse urban nature can be.

I feel connected to the women in history who studied fungi and made drawings and watercolors of them. Male scientists saw the world of fungi as unimportant, which is why there were relatively many female mycologists.

The book will be educational, artistic, playful, and above all, beautiful! @uitgeverijblinuet (Palmslag) will publish the book in 2026.
